1. Introduction

Claw is developed and operated by Video Lite LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Claw application ("App"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Authentication is provided via Sign in with Apple (iOS) or Google Sign-In (Android). We receive a platform-issued user identifier and, where provided by the platform, an email address. We do not collect or store passwords.
  • Task data: The tasks, prompts, schedules, and agent instructions you create within the App.
  • Usage data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used and frequency of use.
  • Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
  • Integration data: When you connect third-party services (such as Telegram or email), we may access the data necessary to deliver task results to those services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
  • Execute automated tasks and deliver results as you have configured
  • Improve and personalize the user experience
  • Communicate with you about updates, features, and support
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve performance
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing

The App uses AI models to process your task prompts and generate results. All AI processing occurs exclusively on Video Lite LLC's own server infrastructure. We do not send your prompts, messages, or personal data to any third-party AI service or external AI provider.

  • What is processed: your task prompts, agent instructions, chat messages, and any content you submit for a task.
  • Where it is processed: on our own servers, within your dedicated isolated environment. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
  • Models used: open-source AI models (Mistral and Llama 3.2) operated and hosted entirely by Video Lite LLC.
  • Data use: your content is processed solely to deliver results and is never used to train AI models.
  • Your consent: before AI processing begins, the App informs you what data will be processed and requests your explicit permission.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party platforms such as Telegram and email services to deliver task results. When you enable these integrations:

  • We access only the data required to deliver task results to your chosen platform.
  • Your personal data is stored exclusively on Video Lite LLC's servers and is not shared with third parties for storage or advertising purposes.
  • Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. Task history is retained to allow you to review past results. You may delete your tasks and account data at any time through the App's settings. We will delete your data within 30 days of a deletion request. Accounts inactive for more than one month will have their server environment automatically removed.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely on our server infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your data.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
