1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Claw application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use between you and Video Lite LLC, the developer and operator of Claw. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Claw is an AI-powered automation application that allows users to create, schedule, and run automated tasks. The App can connect to external services including email and Telegram to deliver task results. The App is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content and perform tasks. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on any content produced by the App. Claw makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The App may integrate with third-party services such as Telegram and email providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Claw is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.

Gmail Integration. Claw may connect to your Google Gmail account to read, summarize, and help you manage your inbox through AI-assisted conversation. The App requests read-only access to your Gmail data and does not store email content permanently. Your use of the Gmail integration is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Claw and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is currently provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Video Lite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
